HomeX Services Group Expands in Pennsylvania with Strategic Acquisition of Goodco Mechanical and Bovard Heating and Cooling
HomeX Services Group (HXSG) is proud to announce its latest expansion in Pennsylvania through the acquisition of Goodco Mechanical, a leading provider of residential and commercial HVAC services with nearly two decades of experience across Centre, Blair, Mifflin, and Huntingdon counties.
The acquisition also includes Bovard Heating and Cooling, Goodco’s trusted Altoona-based partner. This strategic move deepens HXSG’s presence in the Northeast and strengthens its mission to deliver top-tier HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services across the region.
In collaboration with Haller Enterprises, another HXSG brand, the addition of Goodco and Bovard builds a powerful platform for delivering high-performance service to both residential and commercial customers throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.
